Privacy policy
Ari is built to support you without turning personal moments into advertising data.
This pre-release policy reflects the current product design. Controller identity, contact details, retention periods, and the final list of service providers will be completed before public launch.
Information Ari may process
- Account details received through Sign in with Apple, such as your first name and an email address or Apple relay address.
- The email address you submit on the Ari website when you join the waitlist.
- Profile preferences, flight-related concerns, and the support choices you provide during onboarding.
- Flights you add, preparation progress, and content you choose to keep available offline.
- An optional profile picture and technical information needed for security, synchronization, and service reliability.
Why this information is used
Ari uses this information to manage the launch waitlist, send the product updates you requested, create and secure your account, personalize support, synchronize your data across sessions, make essential flight information available offline, and maintain the reliability of the service.
Website waitlist
If you join the waitlist, Ari stores your email address and the date you joined. It is used only for Ari launch and early-access updates. You can unsubscribe from those messages at any time.
Website analytics
The Ari website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and page views. Vercel states that this service does not use cookies and stores anonymized data rather than information tied to an individual. Analytics may include the page visited, referrer, approximate location, browser, operating system, and device type. Ari does not use this information for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Your choices
Optional profile information can be left blank. You will be able to update your profile, remove your photo, sign out, and request account deletion from the application. Additional privacy rights may apply depending on where you live.
Sharing and advertising
Ari is not designed to sell personal information or build advertising profiles. Data may only be shared with service providers needed to operate the product, or where disclosure is legally required. The final provider list will be published before launch.
Security and retention
Ari uses access controls, encrypted transport, and security measures appropriate to the information processed. Final retention periods will be documented before release and limited to what is necessary for the stated purposes and legal obligations.
